Procedure Description:
Patient with irregularities of her bridge and a wide/ boxy tip. Bridge irregularities known as ‘rhinion horns’ are cartilage projections from the upper lateral cartilages. Primary rhinoplasty techniques removal of the rhinion horns, bilateral spreader grafts, caudal septal extension graft and tip graft for tip support and refinement.
