Female patient who desired cosmetic nasal changes. She had undergone a previous septoplasty thus ear cartilage was used in her case to accomplish the desired changes. Seen here are 3 month follow-up photos. On the frontal view, you will notice the slight narrowing that was achieved as well as the tip refinements. Her main concerns were on her lateral (profile) view. Obvious changes were made with the reduction of the hump, but the more intricate changes can be seen in her nasal tip. Her tip was set back slightly to create a more acute angle between her upper lip and the base of her nose. You will notice the detail of the tenting of her upper lip with the base of her nose in the before photo which was improved to give a more aesthetic angle. Also included in the photos are the computer morphing images which were used as guideline for her proposed profile goals and changes. Computer imaging is used as a means of communication and not as a guarantee of outcome.
