A 3 month post-op following rhinoplasty. Patient desired refinement of her tip and the lowering of her small hump on profile view. She was avoiding a pinched appearance of her tip or dramatic, unnatural changes. Conservative refinement of her tip cartilages allowed for natural-appearing results.
