Very complicated primary rhinoplasty of a patient with a sever congenital crooked nose. Ultrasonic rhinoplasty techniques were taken usuing the piezotome to first realign the bony bridge and alignment of the middle vault. Hump reductionn was also performed and tip elevation from the profile view.
