Patient’s concerns included breathing difficulties. She also desired a straightening of her tip on the frontal view and a reduction of her hump on the profile view. Primary rhinoplasty techniques included bilateral osteotomies , caudal septal extension graft for tip support and tip straightening, and tip onlay graft. She is seen post-operatively with improvement of her crooked tip and hump reduction.
