Patient’s concerns included breathing difficulties. She also desired a straightening of her tip on the frontal view and a reduction of her hump on the profile view. Primary rhinoplasty techniques included bilateral ostetomies, caudal septal extension graft for tip support and tip straightening, and tip onlay graft. She is seen post-operatively with improvement of her crooked tip and hump reduction.
