Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 380069
This patient presented after an injury which resulted in a crooked nose and his inability to breathe from one side of his nose. He was found to have a nasal fracture which caused a depression of his right nasal bone. He was also found to have a depression of the cartilage which comprises the lower approximate half of the nasal wall. He underwent a septoplasty to correct his deviated septum. He also had his right bone re-fractured and moved outward. Additionally, he had a cartilage graft from his septum to elevate the depressed cartilage from his nasal wall.
