Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 785103
Female patient who was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. Her main concerns included the wide, bulbous tip and the slight nasal hump on her profile. A primary rhinoplasty was performed which included the reduction of the hump, placement of spreader grafts, a caudal septal extension graft, and tip graft. Seen here are her 3 month post-op photos. Patient wanted a natural-appearing tip with refinements. Post-op photos taken from her frontal, profile, and base view show the refinements made with a primary rhinoplasty procedure.
