Female patient with concerns to the profile of her nose. She presented with a deep radix and an underprojected droopy tip. In the past, this patient had filler placed in her nose, which was removed during procedure, being thouroughly cleaned and irrigated. With ultrasonic rhinoplasty, very natural refinements were achieved.
