Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 127682
Patient who presented with a distant history of nasal trauma complaining of severe nasal breathing obstruction and a crooked nose deformity. He was noted to have a deviated septum and a severely deviated nose. He is seen here in the early postoperative period with marked improvement in his nasal deviation and the correction of his breathing difficulty. His noted swelling is expected and will decrease significantly in the near future.
