Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 257062
Female patient who presented with a very low radix and prominent over-projection of her nasal bones and upper lateral cartilages. She also presented with a bulbous and droopy tip. The piezotome ultrasonic device was used to lower the hump and correct the upper lateral cartilages to give a smooth transition from the radix to middle third of the nose, while also providing a slight tip elevation. This provided very natural results.
