Revision Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 153449

Patient with a history of multiple previous rhinoplasties presented for revision surgery. Presented with significant asymmetry of the nostrils, deformities along the bridge and tip cartilages. Revision rhinoplasty included the use of costal cartilage (rib) for reconstruction of the bridge and nasal tip. Nostril symmetry, tip refinement, and bridge symmetry were improved after revision surgery.
