Otoplasty before and after, frontal.
Before and after otoplasty for a male patient with protruding ears. Common finding in that the upper half of the ears are flopping forward creating protrusion. This case was more challenging in that the patient shaves his head. The procedure is done in a manner to have the most natural appearance with well-hidden incisions behind the ears.
