Revision Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Miami, FL, patient 3834

Female patient who presented with multiple deformities of her nose after several previous rhinoplasties. Revision rhinoplasty in her case utilized rib cartilage techniques to help address the crookedness of the nose, the deviation of the tip, the depressed middle third of the nose, and the overly rotated tip. Techniques included spreader grafts, asymmetric osteotomies, clocking sutures, camouflage grafts, and dorsal graft.
